The courses in this project are designed to integrate mathematics and pedagogical content. Since teachers tend to teach the way they were taught, this program is designed to model current research-based practice for the teaching and learning of mathematics while filling in gaps of understanding students bring with them to the university. The program consists of four courses in which students learn mathematics and also reflect on issues related to teaching and learning.
